ForgePeak Hand-Forged Ultra Sharp Butcher Knife Santoku

Designed for precise slicing, this traditional hand-forged high carbon broad Santoku cleaver is built to deliver accurate cuts. The fixed blade embodies ancient knife forging craftsmanship, and the manual forging process takes longer than modern production, helping the knife retain its qualities for many years. As a handmade piece, the finish may be a bit rough compared to modern factory forgings, but it remains a sturdy tool.

Material and construction: Made from high manganese steel with a full tang construction. Features handmade forging with antique techniques, skillfully crafted by a master blacksmith, combining durable steel with good ductility. Carbon steel material: selective high-quality high-carbon steel, repeatedly forged for high hardness and sharp blades. Ebony wood handle with a copper reinforced ring to resist deformation and provide a comfortable grip.

Care and maintenance: Store in a dry place after use in a well-ventilated area. If not used for a long time, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the blade. Do not bring cutlery close to open flame, or immerse it in water or corrosive liquids for extended periods.
